Ordering, Cancellation and Returns

1. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and User has been charged.

2. Order once placed cannot be cancelled. Customer will be given intimated during the ordering process, before final payment is made. The final ordering is only possible once the customer has accepted and agreed to the condition / policies of cancellation.

3.Product will be despatched within 48 hours (max) of ordering and courier details, and tracking number will be intimated to the customer by email or SMS or both. 

4. In certain cases, if the shipping address or location is beyond the reach of courier services, the customer will be intimated to pick it from the next nearer location of the courier service. In case if the next near location is also far from the address or location is not in the scope of delivery, customer will be contacted by our team (by phone or email) for alternate address. If alternate address can’t be provided, the order may get cancelled and the amount will be refunded by payment mode as agreed by customer and team. The transaction deductions may apply.

5. We want that your products reach you as early as possible and shipping service providers are always at work to reach you in less time, however Naturebells will not be responsible for any unforeseen delays / damages due to courier service provider.

6. In case of failure delivery attempts, the customer must contact to the local courier services provider using tracking number/door note and solve issues locally. If it’s not done timely, products may be sent back to our office address by courier service provider. In such events, Naturebells is not responsible for any such failure delivery attempts and additional charges will be applicable for resending. Before resending, the team will contact customer (by phone or email) and appropriate solution may be given to customer.

6. Return or exchange of purchased material is not allowed (other than the wrong product is shipped)., should not be held responsible for any sort of damages after despatch of the ordered products. No return/exchange is applicable to any other free items (if any).

7. We take utmost care for shipping & therefore materials are packed in a food-grade sealed standee (plastic pouch). Some of the products packed in normal pet jar packs as shown in images are available in our stores, however, to avoid any possible damages during transportation, such products may be sent in a sealed standee/pouch packing. Returns after Dispatch of Products (Only for wrong product shipped).

8. In case the wrong product is shipped due to human error, the user can request the return of the product (not later than two (2) days from the date of delivery). The customer will have to ensure that the Product is returned in the condition received. Packets once opened cannot be returned. The Customer needs to follow the process defined below for return:

i. Send an email to seeking the return of the product. You must email a picture of the product & bill.

ii Once the request is received and approved, the products shall have to be returned at the expense of the customer, through an economical courier. Such courier charges will be refunded to your bank account. In certain limited cases, we can arrange for a return pick-up.

iii For all such returns to be considered valid by the company, the said return of the Products needs to be accompanied by the Invoice

v. All approval of returns is subject to verification by the Company and the same are left to the sole discretion of the Company.

9. In case the customer finds quality issues after opening the package or any other issues related to ordering, returns etc.., the said grievance/request may be addressed to

10. The Customer will be bound by this Policy and shall not hold the Company or the e-commerce website liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to order, cancellation or return of the order.
